Operator and merchant of record
Bidsstack PTY LTD operates FanoutPages. Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases through its checkout. Subscription purchases and cancellation are also subject to the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions.
How to cancel
An organization owner or authorized administrator can open the billing area and follow the subscription management link to Polar. Review and confirm cancellation in the portal. If you cannot access billing, email support@fanoutpages.com for help.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew on the interval selected at checkout. The billing portal shows your renewal details and effective cancellation date. Follow its instructions to stop future renewals. Cancellation is not automatically a refund of the current billing period.
Free trial
The 14-day trial requires no credit card. If you do not activate a paid subscription, trial write access expires automatically. There is no paid trial renewal to cancel.
When active access ends
After active paid or trial access ends, the organization becomes read-only. Write operations, new exports, and publishing require active access, including when a scheduled delivery is processed. Review upcoming schedules when cancelling so your team understands which publications may not be delivered.
Cancellation does not remove content already published to social platforms, and it does not automatically revoke provider connections or authorized client grants. Manage those separately through the app or provider.
Data and account closure
Subscription cancellation is separate from an account deletion request. Keep copies of important content and media. Read-only access does not guarantee indefinite data retention. Contact support for account closure, deletion, or questions about retained information.
Refunds and restarting
Refund requests follow the Refund Policy. You can choose an available paid plan in the app to restore write access, subject to current account status and plan capacity.
