Who we are
FanoutPages is operated by Bidsstack PTY LTD, South Africa. These terms apply to our marketing website, application, and related API and MCP services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent.
The service
FanoutPages helps teams organize brand workspaces, draft and review social content, manage media and carousels, and schedule or publish approved content to supported platforms. Available formats and connected-account capabilities depend on third-party permissions and platform rules.
Saving content does not publish it. Changes to content create a revision requiring approval before release. You remain responsible for the content you approve, its destinations, and its publication time.
Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, workspace roles, connected accounts, and access granted to integrations. Only connect accounts you have permission to manage.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the permissions necessary to store, process, render, and transmit that content to provide the service, including publication to destinations you authorize. You must hold the necessary rights to text, media, logos, and other material you use.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, spam, harassment, deceptive content, unauthorized account access, or interference with the service. Follow the rules of each connected platform.
AI, API, and MCP integrations
Authorized integrations act within their granted scopes and workspace access. You are responsible for choosing trusted clients, reviewing their outputs, and managing their permissions. AI-generated content can contain errors and needs review. Connecting an integration does not remove the service’s approval requirements.
Purchases through Polar
FanoutPages is operated and supplied by Bidsstack PTY LTD. Purchases through Polar checkout are sold by Polar as our merchant of record and authorized reseller. These terms govern your use of FanoutPages; your purchase and Polar’s checkout services are also governed by the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Trials and subscriptions
The 14-day trial requires no credit card and uses your selected plan’s capacity. After expiry, your organization becomes read-only unless you activate a paid subscription. An inactive subscription prevents write operations and publishing.
Paid plans are sold and billed monthly or annually by Polar as merchant of record. Prices and capacities appear in the landing page pricing section and the app. Annual prices shown per month are billed as an annual total. Applicable taxes and the final charge are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when you subscribe.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Third-party platforms and availability
Social platforms, AI clients, payment providers, and infrastructure providers operate independently. Permissions, account status, API limitations, outages, or provider changes can affect availability and publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery at an exact time, audience reach, engagement, or social account approval.
We may update or suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider changes. Material changes to commercial terms will be communicated through the service or account contact channels as appropriate.
Suspension, termination, and your data
We may restrict access for breaches of these terms, nonpayment, security threats, or misuse. Contact support to request account closure or discuss data access. Keep copies of important material; read-only access is not a promise of indefinite retention. Disconnecting FanoutPages does not remove content already published on another platform.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or publishing outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms govern your relationship with Bidsstack PTY LTD and are governed by South African law, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Your relationship with Polar is governed separately by the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions. Contact support first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute. Where no mandatory rule provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the competent courts of South Africa.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
