Operator and merchant of record
Bidsstack PTY LTD operates and delivers the FanoutPages service. Polar acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases through its checkout, under the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Digital access
Use FanoutPages through the web application. Create an account and organization, select a plan for the 14-day trial, invite teammates, and configure brand workspaces. No credit card is required for the trial.
Subscription activation
Paid subscriptions are purchased from Polar, our merchant of record and authorized reseller, through the app’s billing flow. Paid entitlements activate after the service receives and processes payment confirmation. If payment has succeeded but access has not updated, contact support with your payment reference. Do not send full card details.
Included capabilities
All plans include the supported drafting, review, scheduling, media, carousel, API, and MCP capabilities. Plans differ by workspace, social profile, and shared media storage capacity. See pricing for current capacities.
Connected account requirements
Publishing requires a connected social account with the necessary permissions, an approved content revision, appropriate workspace access, and active billing access. Business accounts, pages, and other restricted capabilities depend on provider approval. Platform-native features unavailable through an API may require manual handoff.
Scheduling and exports
Publishing and carousel exports are processed asynchronously. Scheduling uses the workspace timezone. Queue processing, provider responses, permission expiry, and third-party outages can affect completion. Saving a draft or exporting media does not automatically publish it.
Consult publication activity and export status in the app. If a delivery result is uncertain, review the destination and the app’s recovery guidance before attempting another publication.
Availability and support
Maintenance, security events, infrastructure issues, or provider changes may interrupt service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact publication times, or social engagement outcomes. Contact support@fanoutpages.com for access, billing, or product support.
